Catherine Ratcliffe, Vice President of Customer Satisfaction

Catherine Ratcliffe is an experienced and forward-thinking Customer Satisfaction manager who knows that customers let us know how we can improve ourselves.

Finding new and innovative ways her representatives can save sales and build relationships, Catherine holds her department to a high standard and knows good customer relationships are the key to success. During her tenure at ITV, Catherine has expanded and diversified the Customer Satisfaction Department so that it operates smoothly and efficiently. Catherine believes that ITV's excellent teamwork builds our foundation for the future.
