Erin Gallagher, Vice President of Human Resources

Erin Gallagher is a certified Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience in the field, including HR management for the largest infertility pharmacy in the country, as well as regional management for a national retail department store.
As Vice President of Human Resources at ITV, Erin is responsible for all aspects of Human Resource management, with a strong focus on employee relations. Erin possesses a personable, can-do attitude which she applies on a daily basis to making sure ITV staff feel supported and appreciated.
“I’m here to ensure that Human Resources is a partner in every aspect of how ITV is run,” Erin says. “I aim to make sure that all employees feel valued and proud to be part of the ITV team.”
Erin also strives to help all ITV team members develop and advance toward their personal goals. Seeing individuals reach their full potential is a passion for Erin, as she holds training certifications from two industry leaders in creating and facilitating Management Development, Customer Service, and Leadership Development Programs.
In addition to her certifications, Erin also holds a B.A. in Consumer and Family Sciences from Purdue University.
