From start to finish, he reviews everything from the big picture to the nitty-gritty, maintaining exceptional quality for every ITV business enterprise. The fast paced Direct Response industry demands a quick eye and an even faster hand, and Geoff's consistent professional performance has helped him quickly rise through the ITV ranks from sales representative to sales manager, and most recently to Director of Quality Control. Prior to joining the ITV ranks, Geoff spent ten years working in the restaurant industry, specializing in loss prevention. He has a mind for numbers and a desire to make every aspect of ITV as efficient and professional as possible. On a day to day basis, Geoff works with a team who monitors sales representatives' phone calls to ensure that both ITV clients and customers are getting the highest quality service possible. Geoff keeps a close eye on individual and team performance and is an integral part of evaluating employee performance.
