Attorney Michael Sciucco graduated from Springfield College with a B.S. in political science and a comprehensive background in health and nutrition. Before receiving his J.D. from Suffolk University in 2003, Michael was a successful business owner and worked with ITV's sales team. His dedication and excellent work ethics have earned him widespread respect and appreciation at ITV and beyond. In addition to his day-to-day work with all ITV campaigns, Attorney Sciucco is also active in current health freedom legislation, and is a zealous advocate of free speech as it relates to dietary supplements. He has spoken in front of the FDA regarding qualified health claims, and helped introduce the Health Freedom Protection Act (HR 4282), which is currently pending in the House of Representatives. Attorney Sciucco frequently attends conferences on advertising and telemarketing law, and knows the ins and outs of the legal aspects of the Direct Response industry; particularly as it applies to an ITV Campaign. Michael's long tenure at ITV, as well as his accomplishments in nutrition, health, business, advertising and law makes him an outstanding and well-versed head of the legal department at ITV. |
