Shauna Favalora, Executive Assistant to Vice President

Shauna provides outstanding administrative support to the CFO and Vice Chairman, Robert A. Maihos. She also works closely with ITV Studios, transcribing ITV shows for the Executive Producer and provides assistance to the Accounting Department. Shauna is recognized for her excellent attention to detail, work ethic and positive attitude.

Shauna first joined ITV in 2003 as the Merchant Account Manager. She monitored ITV merchant accounts, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures while maintaining excellent business relationships with merchant account executives. Shauna has also provided assistance to ITV's Customer Satisfaction and Legal Departments.

After graduating as valedictorian of Marion Court Junior College, class of 1993, Shauna worked for approximately ten years in law firms throughout the North Shore and Boston. She provided administrative legal support for everything from Medical Malpractice to Commercial Real Estate Closings. Shauna continues her education in Business Management at Salem State College.
