Every package is reviewed by a supervisor before shipping. Fulfillment and Customer Satisfaction meet daily to review each new order to correct problems before they occur, saving time, money and ensuring customer satisfaction. While other distribution centers have a turn around time of four to six weeks, 98% of the packages we send are delivered on time, and within a week of the original order!
Low Rates
A little saved on every order is huge savings in the long run. Our shipping department maintains good relationships with all carriers it uses and is constantly looking for better rates and new services or providers to decrease your overhead. Because we ship such high volume we get great shipping rates.
Fast and open 7 days a week
Our shipping department is open seven days a week to process orders. The majority of packages are shipped within 24 hours of the original order and almost all are shipped within 48 hours. The occasional delayed package is pulled aside and sent priority mail or FedEx to ensure customer satisfaction.
Technology and Experience
Computer programs evaluate the destination and weight of each package to find the least expensive and most efficient carrier. With an experienced staff of over twenty, we can handle high volumes at an amazingly fast pace. We currently process 15,000 packages a week.
