Stage three of our three part training process is devoted to the ITV Sales Psychology and how it translates to our specialized scripts. Each time we roll out a new product, we have classes where the script writers explain how each unique and new product and its offers and upsells are tailored to our sales psychology.

If at first you don't succeed

If we find a show if producing less than desirable RPC (Revenue Per Call), we will often look at the script and discuss with our sales representatives what customers reservations are, what obstacles they are facing and our script writers form rebuttals to address concerns customers may have.
