ITV Sales Center is an Integrated Team of Professionals

The number one goal of our team of dynamic sales professionals is to drive and impact sales. Every aspect of the sales program is specially designed to train the sales reps to become an extension of you, the product's creator. Unlike other call centers who simply answer the phones and take a name and credit card; our sales team is dedicated to the products they are servicing.

Trainers

The ITV program begins with our unique three-part training program. The ITV sales psychology and selling skills are combined in a self-designed, week-long training program called, "The Centerline Principal." Sales professionals are taken through the sales psychology, and taught how to build product value with customers to drive up the RPC (Revenue Per Call) and to encourage customers to participate in the Monthly Replenishment Programs. Other experienced trainers and product specialists train sales professionals in computers and product knowledge as well as ongoing Specialized Product Orientation Seminars.

Managers

The Sales Managers are "trained to inspect what they expect." Managers pour over the sales statistics (the RPC report), which highlights areas such as Average Talk Time, Revenue Per Call, AutoShip Percentage, and Unavailable Time. Managers target every area where they can coach and fine-tune their team's group and individual skills during weekly team and individual meetings designed to educate and motivate.

Sales Reps

Our training and incentive programs produce the most personable, highly effective sales representatives in the industry. Because their salary is 100% commission based, they're also 100% invested in making every call count. In addition to our own three stage training process, our reps are required to take part in Specialized Product Orientation seminars that familiarize them with the show, script, and product they will be committed to servicing. Each representative is trained in maximizing RPC (Revenue Per Call) on product specific campaigns, boosting the dollar value of every sale.

Senior Sales Reps

Another unique aspect of the ITV sales center is our team of Senior Sales Reps. They are a seasoned group of reps who have a good attitude, work with the ITV system, and who have proven themselves to be consistently high performers. They must maintain a certain sales criteria and in turn receive their own office, make their own schedule and get priority placement in the call queue.

In-House Script Writer

An outstanding in-house script-writer specially crafts and tests unique ITV sales scripts so that our sales reps perform at an unmatched level; seamlessly tailoring informative and persuasive scripts that build product value and inspire customers to buy. His in-house status allows for immediate script tweaks based on customer response and closing rates.
