Superior sales representatives
Our training and incentive programs produce the most personable, highly effective sales representatives in the industry. In addition to our own three stage training process, our reps are required to take part in Specialized Product Orientation seminars that familiarize them with the show, script, and product they will be committed to servicing. Each representative is trained in maximizing RPC (Revenue Per Call) on product specific campaigns, boosting the dollar value of every sale.
Fine-tuning our skills
Interactive Intelligence software allows for quality control monitoring, so our quality control team is constantly monitoring sales reps performance and our sales managers can critique their team's performance and fine-tune their selling and persuasion skills.
Role Play
Every call counts. Reps go through 8-16 hours of mock calls before every talking to a real customer.
Small Group Technology Training
Our specially designed computer and telephone twelve seat training room allows training to be personalized to each sales rep. The fully set-up training room gives reps in training full understanding of our state of the art sales and telephone systems.
Show Viewing Rooms
We have several rooms set up specifically for our sales and customer satisfaction reps to review shows.
