Fondly referred to as RicePatty, Patty McPeak had been developing her rice bran products for years before she brought them to ITV, but they were not widely known. ITV was the perfect company to showcase FlexProtex® because Donald Barrett's unique interview format infomercial let Patty explain the amazing nutritional qualities of rice bran, naturally occurring COX-2 Inhibitors, and the other herbs.

Patty has dedicated her life to educating others about health and nutrition. Thirty years ago when she discovered the incredibly nutritive value of rice bran, she cultivated a vision that would change the landscape of world nutrition.

The outer 10% of a rice kernel is removed when rice is milled, discarding 65% of the nutritive value. Patty and her team of scientists worked to develop a technology that would capture and preserve the rice bran.
